Robbie Raugh is not your average fitness instructor. With a background as a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Integrative Health, Fitness & Nutrition Practitioner, Robbie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. She is the President of The Raugh Truth LLC – Integrative Health and the creative force behind the Fitness & Nutrition Raw NRG Exercise Video Series.

Robbie’s journey into holistic wellness began with her education at the School of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Armed with over 100 dietary theories and holistic modalities, Robbie specializes in various methods to detoxify the body and optimize overall health. Her Integrative Health & Nutrition Practice – Raw Truth Integrative Health, located in Williamsville, NY, serves as a beacon of hope for those seeking holistic wellness solutions.

Robbie Raugh’s Recipe: Egg Bake

As part of our commitment to promoting healthy living, we’re delighted to share one of Robbie’s delicious recipes: Cupcake Egg Bake. This flavorful breakfast is not only mouth watering but also packed with wholesome ingredients to fuel your body.

Cupcake Egg Bake

Ingredients:

½ carton of egg whites or 1 dozen organic eggs and/or egg whites

1/2 cup chopped spinach

1 medium onion chopped

1 medium green pepper chopped

A dash of non-GMO soy bacon bits (optional)

1 cup of salsa

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray each cupcake container with EVOO.

3. Fill each cup with egg.

4. Add 1 teaspoon or more of salsa.

5. Add spinach, onions and peppers, and a couple shakes of soy bacon

bits in each cupcake.

6. Salt and pepper to taste.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

8. Top with salsa after cooled.

9. Freeze and use as needed.
