Who We Need: men and women of all fitness levels, ranging from 18-45 years old. Only 24 spots available!
When We Need You: peak discipline season.. November 19 through December 15. Lab classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, 3-4pm and 6-7pm, and Saturdays 9-10am.
What You’ll Do: heart rate based training combined with basic movement patterns to utilize aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, resulting in a leaner, stronger, more efficient body.
What You’ll Gain:
-Develop Maximum Performance and Speed
-Increase maximum performance capacity
-Improve aerobic fitness and fat burning
-Increase lean muscle and muscular endurance
-Improve overall health and well being
Your Commitment:
-must be current member with access to French Rd location
-PAR-Q filled out prior to selection of test group
-committed to 10+ of 12 planned workouts
-completion of survey at the end of each workout and end of 4 week trial classes
