BAC for Women is Now a Part of Catalyst Fitness

Dear BAC for Women members,

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Catalyst Fitness Family!

We know you may have questions and we will do everything we can to make this change as easy as possible for you.

Your membership and dues will remain the same. During the transition period you will have the ability to use any of our seven Catalyst Fitness locations so you can get to know us.

Class schedules and personal training will remain the same. We would like to add new classes and equipment, and we look forward to hearing your suggestions and feedback.

We are encouraging your favorite instructors to teach at other Catalyst Fitness locations to give you an opportunity to experience all that we have to offer by the instructors you know and love.

We are planning Meet and Greets at multiple locations and times for your convenience, to meet our staff, explore your options, and get questions answered.

We are so excited to have you join our family and we look forward to getting to know all of you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my membership dues change?

Your dues will remain the same. All monthly dues, Paid in Fulls, personal training, and Power30 agreements will be honored per your existing contract through the end of term.

Can I use any Catalyst Fitness location?

Now through January 31, you will be able to use any Catalyst Fitness and take classes regardless of your membership plan.

Will the club still be women only?

The club will remain women only for the foreseeable future. We need time to assess how the club is used and how many existing Catalyst members start using it.

Will the class schedule change?

The class schedule at Colvin will remain the same with the same instructors. Instructors will only change if they do not want to become a Catalyst employee.

Will the hours of operation change?

At this time, the hours will remain the same. If demand for use changes, we will consider changing the hours. 

Will my instructors teach at other Catalyst locations?

We are encouraging all Colvin instructors to teach additional classes at other Catalyst locations.

Does Catalyst accept SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, and Optum memberships?

Yes

Does Catalyst limit the number of classes for SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, and Optum?

No

Class Schedule

We are currently working to integrate our class schedule onto both the Catalyst website and app.

For the time being, we ask you continue to sign up for classes using your myiclub account. CLICK HERE to log in to your account, view the class schedule, and sign up for classes.

Current Hours
Monday – Thursday 5 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Friday 5 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
