- Gym bags are a safety issue and tripping hazard.
- Bags are not allowed on the weight floor, turf, group X room or cardio area.
- Please use locker rooms or cubbies to store your belongings.
Cardio Equipment
- The cardio equipment is available on a “first come, first served” basis.
- You may use the equipment for 30 min or less at a time during busy times.
- Please wipe down the machines after your workouts using the wipes provided at the facility. It is the individual user’s responsibility to clean up cardio equipment for excessive sweating.
- It is strongly recommended you bring a personal workout towel.
Cell Phone and Camera Use
- Please be respectful and courteous to your fellow members when using your cell phone in the gym.
- Limit usage when on equipment or in earshot of other members.
- The use of cameras and other image capturing devices are strictly prohibited in all public areas of the facilities.
Lockers and Locker Rooms
- Locker rooms, showers, and cubbies are available for use in each facility.
- Please be sure to lock up all valuables and to remove all items upon leaving the gym.
- Catalyst Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
- Lockers are for day use only.

- No deadlifting or Olympic lifting
- Use lanes for forward movements only (lunges/sleds/sprints etc…)
- Keep lanes free of equipment
- Be conscious of other members’ space

Weight Lifting
- Use weight collars and pins at all times for your safety and that of others.
- For the courtesy of all Fitness Center members and for safety reasons, all lifters MUST re-rack their own dumbbells and weight plates after they have finished using them. Searching for sets of weights needed for your weight lifting program can be a hassle and this is easily avoided when all lifters re-rack their own weights. Furthermore, having weights spread throughout the centers poses obvious hazards.
- Continued failure to abide by this Fitness Center policy may lead to the suspension or termination of your membership.
- Do not drop the weights or lean them up against anything, and use extreme caution in mirrored areas.
- If you move equipment, put it back where it belongs. Do not sit on equipment between sets. Allow others to work out (even if you are texting your buddy!)
- We highly recommend a personal towel to wipe off the upholstery after your use.
