Membership Sales Advisor
As a Membership Sales Advisor you are a Catalyst Fitness brand ambassador. You are passionate about living a healthy lifestyle through fitness and wellness, and excited about helping others by encouraging their potential.

Definition of Advisor- People with the strength of an Advisor are the ones who make things happen. One of their most recognizable behaviors is the ability to turn thoughts, ideas, and concepts into action. In fact, the strength of an Advisor can be best described or characterized as action.
The role requires adherence to attendance policies, greeting members and guests with enthusiasm, and maintaining control of the front door area. Responsibilities include handling check-ins, managing member accounts, assisting guests, preparing shakes, processing sales, and answering phone calls professionally. Additional duties involve maintaining cleanliness, walking the gym floor to ensure rules are followed, assisting the General Manager with member concerns, and promoting non-dues revenue such as PT appointments and shake bar sales. Employees must follow all company policies, attend meetings, log maintenance concerns, and maintain a positive atmosphere. Personal cell phone use is prohibited during shifts.
